Are there samples of your cards?
Yes, we will be gladly to send you some free samples of our cards. Just simply fill out free sample link below and we will promptly send you some of our samples.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by going to our "Order" page on our site or call us by phone at 1-(800) 569-7104.

Is there a certain thickness to your cards?
Yes, our cards start from .0.11 inches to .030 inches in thickness.

I do not have a designer, can you make a design for my company?
We would be happy to make a design for you. Our prices range from $36 - $100 depending on your design. Contact our designers and they would be gladly to help you with the quotes.

If I were to have Plastek Cards create a design, will I get to approve it before completing production?
Yes, you will receive an electronic proof before we start production. The work will have to be signed and returned to us before we precede production.

What if there was an error on the design or I did not like the design?
We have unlimited revisions. Quality and satisfactory is our main goal and if any errors were found, we will have it quickly fixed to meet satisfaction. If the design does not meet 100% satisfactory, we will continue to design one that meets your needs.

Can I use my own designs?
Yes, you can always provide us with your own designs. Personal designs can be submitted either by CD via mail or emailed to us (see "Artwork Requirements" page). We also have a ftp option where you can upload your work to us. There is a small set up fee for provided artwork.

How long will it take to receive my cards?
Orders will take at least 10-14 days for the product to arrive at your door after we have received your approval to begin production. Turnaround time vary depending on options and quantities of orders.

When is payment expected?
We require payment before we begin to design or process your order. If your print fee total is over 800.00 then we will require a 50% deposit to proceed. Remaining balance is due before we ship your cards to you.

Can I get a refund if I changed my mind on my order?
You can cancel before we start our final production. After we have received your signature of approval for production there are no refunds. Cancellations before the final approval are available for full refund. There is a 20.00 service fee that is non-refundable.

Is there a minimum order?
We have a minimum order of 250 cards. Because of our competitive prices, we cannot go any lower than that minimum order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

I found prices lower then yours, will you match the price?
Depending on the specifications we will do our best to match the lowest price you have quoted from others. We cannot gaurantee that we will match any price given. We must see a proper quote from the company that has quoted you lower then what we have quoted you.

If I am ordering clear cards and color matching is important. What information would I need to provide?
On clear cards it is very hard to match colors exactly the way you want it. To match the color you want, we would need pantone colors. That way we could do our best and match the color as close as we can. Matching the colors you desire at 80-90% with pantone colors. It is impossible to match them 100%.
