How can I confirm my POS provider supports your cards?
If your POS system accepts standard magnetic-stripe, barcode, or encoded card formats, our cards will work. You can share your POS provider name with our team and we will verify compatibility before printing. We can also send test cards during production to confirm everything scans correctly.
What artwork and file specs do you require?
Provide print-ready files at 300 dpi with full-bleed art sized to 3.50″ × 2.25″. Keep key text or logos within 3.25″ × 2.00″ safe area.
What is the typical turnaround time for loyalty card printing?
Standard production is about 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available for time-sensitive projects.
What sizes are customer loyalty cards available in?
