Overview:
The Personalization Machine Operator may operate a variety of machines in the personalization production process. The operator ensures specialized information is printed on each card in the correct location and in the correct sequence. Responsibilities are primarily general machine operation, basic troubleshooting, and daily maintenance. This position will clean and prepare work area and machine for next workday or shift at the end of shift.
Monday – Friday,2:55 pm – 11:05 pm
Occasional weekend work required.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare Machine for start of shift, which include necessary materials and paperwork.
- Perform duties necessary to operate machine and perform required tasks according to machine or position procedures.
- Complete simple, routine maintenance on machine to keep machine operational.
- Troubleshoot machinery for basic malfunctions and correct.
- Complete all necessary paperwork required for machine operated on for the position.
- Clean machines at end of shift to prepare for next workday or next shift.
- Clean and stock work area in preparation for next workday or shift.
- Perform these and other duties as assigned by supervisor or other appropriate management personnel.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to differentiate color variance.
- Strong computer skills required.
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic mechanical abilities preferred.
