FABULOUS service! I've used them for years to produce exhibitor badges w/ the colored logo on the front and each... exhibitor's name along w/a barcode on the back. Always pleasant; accurate, and timely!This year I screwed up the Excel of exhibitor names/barcodes. Since this was the first time I ordered gift cards, I was a bit overwhelmed by the options available to me. After speaking with both Cindy and Aimee (the graphic artist) I was completely comfortable. We exchanged a number of emails with some changes and confirmations. Our organization traditionally ordered cards through a middle-man. This year we chose to work directly with the... printer/supplier. The supplier expressed concern about the artwork we submitted, however, he never qualified what the actual challenges were, so we were unable to correct perceived problems. The cards received were not the quality expected as the card stock was thinner and the colors submitted for our logo were not as presented. We will prepare our order earlier next year and obtain a proof that will be reviewed with greater discretion prior to approval for the order to be processed, in order to adequately address concerns and ensure a better end product.read more
